Because the resort beneath the Tower Suites earns a page in its own right — 2,716 rooms of about 640 square feet, a lake-and-garden campus, Wing Lei and SW Steakhouse — at the Four-Star tier Forbes gives the hotel, and we list it at exactly that.

• Opened on 28 April 2005 as a 45-story bronze-glass tower by chief architect DeRuyter Butler with interiors by Roger Thomas; 2,716 rooms and suites.
• Wynn Resort rooms of about 640 square feet in King, Queen and Panoramic categories; the Wynn Tower Suites, the hotel within the hotel that Forbes rates separately and higher, have a page of their own here.
• Forbes Four-Star 2026 for the hotel, listed here as exactly that. The Spa at Wynn Las Vegas and Wing Lei each hold a Forbes Five-Star rating of their own, with SW Steakhouse and Mizumi at Four-Star — the spa's and the restaurants' ratings, not the hotel's.
