• The founding property of Auberge Resorts Collection: Claude Rouas opened The Restaurant in 1981 and added the inn in 1985, on 33 acres of heritage olive and oak above Rutherford.
• 50 rooms and suites in free-standing, Provence-inspired maisons, each with a fireplace, a soaking tub and a private terrace over the valley.
• The Restaurant at Auberge du Soleil, a kitchen executive chef Robert Curry has led for more than eighteen years, with a cellar of roughly 15,000 bottles.
• The Aerena Sculpture Garden – nearly a hundred outdoor works set through the olive groves – and the Bistro & Bar's wraparound deck.
