- Founded in 1907 as Robert Lewers' residential hotel; 453 rooms on five oceanfront acres at 2199 Kalia Road, reopened in October 2021 after an eighteen-month renovation.
- La Mer, the neoclassical French dining room under chef Alexandre Trancher, holds five-star standing of its own – one of only two restaurants in Hawaii that do.
- House Without a Key beneath the century-old kiawe tree, Orchids, jazz at Lewers Lounge and L'Aperitif, the cocktail bar created by Colin Field, formerly of the Ritz Paris.
- Signature suites include the 1,050-square-foot Diamond Head Prime Suite and the Bungalow; SpaHalekulani reopened in August 2024 with three spa suites, and there are no resort fees.
