- A 61-story, 742-foot tower by Henry N. Cobb of Pei Cobb Freed & Partners with CambridgeSeven – Boston's third-tallest building – opened in May 2019, with 215 rooms and suites on floors 8 to 21 beneath 160 private residences.
- The Wellness Floor takes the entire seventh floor: a 64-foot curved indoor pool with underwater sound, five treatment suites and Omorovicza treatments – the only five-star spa in the city.
- Zuma's izakaya, sushi counter and robata grill, and the Trifecta lobby lounge, which serves afternoon tea on weekends.
- The 2,000-square-foot Presidential Suite on the 21st floor, reimagined by London design house Commune Well and unveiled in April 2026, with a Zuber & Cie hand-blocked mural of Washington's entry into Boston and a Molteni kitchen.
