- Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre: 35,000 square feet, seventeen indoor-outdoor treatment rooms, a Himalayan salt chamber and the Yamaguchi Salon.
- A new Club Lounge and renovated Club rooms opened in July 2025; the two-bedroom Penthouse runs 3,200 square feet, and mornings on the water go out with Kekoa Cazimero's Nalu Surf Experience.
