Because it is the only five-star hotel in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley or Phoenix – sixty suites with a Canyon Ambassador, a private pool and a chauffeured house car, drawing on the whole 250-acre estate beyond the gate without ever having to share it.
- A 60-suite enclave opened in 2007 inside the 250-acre Phoenician estate at the base of Camelback Mountain, with a dedicated Canyon Ambassador for every stay and a complimentary chauffeured house car; one- to three-bedroom suites run 1,200 to 3,000 square feet, and the 2,400-square-foot Presidential Suite looks over fairway, mountain and city.
- Earned five-star standing in 2026 – the only hotel in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley or Phoenix to hold it.
- The Villas at Canyon Suites, opened in February 2026: eight stand-alone two-, three- and four-bedroom villas in a private enclave, each with its own golf cart.
