Because a resort of some 4,000 suites where the smallest starts at 650 square feet, with canals and gondolas indoors and more than forty chef-driven restaurants, is the Las Vegas idea done at full scale — Forbes rates it Four-Star, and we list it at exactly that tier.
- Opened on 4 May 1999; every room is a suite, about 4,049 of them once the Venezia tower was added in 2003.
- Luxury Suites of 650 to 750 square feet, and Premium, Grand and Executive suites up to 3,204; in the Venezia tower the bath takes up a third of the suite.
