A sense of the place

Why it's in the collection

Because the stone houses of Èze village became a hotel of terraces 400 meters above the sea, with a two-star restaurant on the cliff edge – and it holds four-star standing, listed at exactly the tier it holds.

  • A hotel of terraces spread through the medieval village of Èze, 400 meters above the water; independent.
  • The restaurant on the cliff edge holds two MICHELIN stars. Seasonal: the concierge confirms the opening dates for your stay.
  • Two MICHELIN Keys in the 2025 selection; holds four-star standing.

The neighborhood

Golden hour over Cap-Ferrat, Èze & Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

Cap-Ferrat, Èze & Roquebrune-Cap-Martin

The corniches east of Nice, with four of the nineteen hotels on either side of Monaco. They take in the cape of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and its villas, Beaulieu-sur-Mer in the bay behind it and the village of Èze on its rock above the Moyenne Corniche. Roquebrune-Cap-Martin lies on the far side of Monaco, toward Menton.

  • The Jardin Exotique, at the top of the village.
  • The Nietzsche path, down to Èze-Bord-de-Mer.
  • Monaco a quarter of an hour east, Nice half an hour west along the corniche.
