Because it is the West End's four-star – a calm, well-run Ritz-Carlton between Georgetown and Dupont Circle, honest about what it has: no spa of its own, but a 100,000-square-foot sports club through the door.

  • Direct access to the 100,000-square-foot Equinox Sports Club, with a saltwater lap pool; there is no spa on site, and we say so.
  • Quadrant Bar & Lounge, and The Saga, chef Enrique Limardo's Spanish-Latin dining room.
