A sense of the place

Why it's in the collection

Because the house opened in 2019 at Victoria Dockside on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, with the Asaya wellness floors, the harbor-side terrace and the island skyline across the water – and it holds five-star standing on its Three MICHELIN Keys, the only hotel in Hong Kong at that level.

  • At Victoria Dockside on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, beside the Avenue of Stars; a Rosewood house.
  • Opened in 2019; the Asaya wellness floors, the harbor-side terrace and the island skyline across the water.
  • Three MICHELIN Keys in the 2025 selection – the only Three-Key hotel in Hong Kong – and No. 1 on The World's 50 Best Hotels 2025; holds five-star standing.

Tsim Sha Tsui & West Kowloon

The Kowloon side of the harbor, facing the island skyline across the water – home to six of the fourteen hotels. On the shore lie Salisbury Road and the Star Ferry pier, the promenade and the Avenue of Stars, with Nathan Road behind. To the west stand the towers above Kowloon Station and the West Kowloon Cultural District.

  • The Avenue of Stars and the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade, at the door.
  • The Hong Kong Museum of Art, five minutes on foot.
  • Hung Hom station and the trains to the mainland, ten minutes on foot.
