A sense of the place

Why it's in the collection

Because Megève is the quieter, more private of the great French resorts and this is its grand house — small for a Four Seasons, generous in every room, and at the top of the Mont d'Arbois with the Mont Blanc massif across the valley.

  • On the Mont d'Arbois above Megève, ski-in and ski-out; a Four Seasons house.
  • Fifty-five rooms and suites; the Roman-style spa with a heated indoor-outdoor pool; Savoyard, Japanese and French restaurants; children's and teens' programs.
  • Pine and stone interiors more polished than any chalet, with heated floors and deep tubs.
  • Three MICHELIN Keys in the 2025 selection; holds five-star standing.

The neighborhood

Golden hour over Megève

Megève

The village resort on the Mont Blanc side, in the Haute-Savoie, with one of the six hotels on the Mont d'Arbois. The medieval center stands around its church and square, with the Mont d'Arbois above it and the chalets the Rothschilds began in the 1920s.

  • The Mont d'Arbois golf course and the slopes, outside the door.
  • Megève's village and its medieval square, ten minutes downhill.
  • Chamonix and the Mont Blanc tunnel, forty minutes east.
