They are a resort on the 500-acre Grande Lakes estate in Orlando, with a water park and Greg Norman's course; a house on the Sea of Marmara at Ataköy Marina, west of Istanbul's Old City; and a tented safari camp on the Talek River, inside the Masai Mara National Reserve. Orlando: on the 500-acre Grande Lakes estate at 4040 Central Florida Parkway, which it shares with The Ritz-Carlton, about twenty minutes from Walt Disney World. Istanbul: at Ataköy Marina on the Sea of Marmara, west of the Old City, about twenty minutes from Sultanahmet and forty from Istanbul Airport. Masai Mara & Nairobi: on the Talek River inside the Masai Mara National Reserve, thirty minutes from the Mara's airstrips and forty-five minutes by air from Nairobi.

The Masai Mara from July to October, for the great migration and the driest game viewing, when the camps book out a year ahead — or in January and February, dry, green and quieter; Istanbul from April to June and from September to November, with the tulips of April and mild days on the water; and Orlando from late October through April, the mildest, driest days, with the parks fullest over the winter holidays, spring break and midsummer.
